Science and math is a heavy-duty category covering a lot of ground. It focuses on the sciences, including but not limited to astronomy, biology, chemistry, physics, geography, anthropology, engineering, and mathematics.

If it's based on fact, can be proven, explored, tested, hypothesized, or engineered, it has a home in the science and mathematics category. This category also includes chemicals, including petrochemicals. See Alcohol, Drugs and Tobacco category for medicines, though medical research will be included here.

For example:

• The Technology category delivers results relating to engineering.
