Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your Jubilee LLC membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Jubilee LLC service through the end of your annual billing period. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR LACK OF USE. To cancel, go to the "Your Account" page on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO-RENEW, your LEEP Calendar membership will automatically continue. By not pre-canceling, you authorize Jubilee LLC to collect the applicable membership fee and any taxes using any eligible payment method on record for you.
Subscriptions & Memberships
Your LEEP membership can be canceled anytime by logging into Your Account and changing your membership settings. Should you choose to cancel within three (3) days of signing up for a paid membership and meet the eligibility criteria, we will refund your membership fee in full. Cancelation at any other time will prevent your membership from auto-renewing but will not result in a refund.
Cancellations within the first three (3) days must be approved via the contact form. A copy of your confirmation email with the account number and amount paid must be submitted. Refunds are processed according to the bank's policies and can take up to thirty (30) days.
Product Downloads
LEEP Calendar is a SaaS (Software as a Service). If we offer digital products, these products are delivered via internet download. After your purchase is approved, your order will be processed, typically within 24 hours. Upon completion, you will be directed to a download page. Each product allows only one download per file and must be done within 24 hours.
If you encounter issues downloading your product, please use the contact form to notify us. We will respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, except on US national holidays.
Refund Policy on Digital Downloads
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is essential. Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once delivered. If you change your mind before downloading our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon request.
Refund requests made after the product has been downloaded are handled at our sole discretion and must be submitted within three (3) days of purchase with the original receipt.
Third-Party Reservations & Purchases
Purchases made outside of LEEP Calendar are subject to the terms and conditions of the companies where they were purchased. This includes reservation and ticket links associated with individual events on LEEP Calendar and any products or services showcased in advertisements.
Payment Methods
You may edit your Payment Method information by visiting our website and clicking on the "Your Account" link. If your payment method fails due to expiration or insufficient funds and you do not edit your information or cancel your account, you remain responsible for uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method as it may be updated.
